We've been with InSPire since they started about ten years ago. They often win "best ISP" and "best customer service" awards from magazines etc., and this is consistent with our experience. In ten years I've had only one bad experience with an unhelpful phone support person: most of them are helpful and know their stuff. There have been occasional outages but never for long. Overall this is an ISP I can recommend. |
