14th Aug 2010, 4:14 am		 I almost signed up with these guys online, but I thought I\'d ring their customer service to ask a few questions about the contract. Every time I called, even during business hours I got an voice message (from someone that could hardly speak english) telling me to leave a message and they will call me back. I gave that one a miss. Especially after reading other people\'s experiences through a quick google.

17th Jan 2010, 8:56 am		 Pathetic customer support. Due to a mix up between ISPs I was with worldnet for one day and it cost me $200. They said I had to pay to switch, then for not fulfilling my contract. Granted it wasn't their fault either but in a similar situation Actrix just said don't worry about it.

25th Nov 2009, 12:33 am		 good ping with games i find (CS Source), did have a few issues that they did not help solve. very poor customer service, i asked for a technician over and they kept avoiding/ducking it. used to be able to get speeds anywhere between 200-300kbs now i'd be lucky to get 50kbs.... crap for P2p... some1 recommend me a new ISP for dling and gaming????!
