I have been with Watchdog (formerly Family.net) for almost 10 years. Most of the time their service is outstanding, with excellent filtering to boot. Their largest downside is that their helpdesk is only open during standard business hours and only until midday on Saturday. This makes it really hard getting any form of technical support for problems out of business hours. I also moved house and filled out the Telecom form and informed them before well before moving and I was disconnected early, and due to no phone line where I moved I ended up without DSL service for a couple of weeks, though I'm informed it was all Telecom's fault and not theirs. |
