I am on Orbit Pro 20, it is really fast I sometimes download files at 2mbps, How ever the bandwidth is really expensive, after you go over your cap you have to pay $2 per 1GB, I can use that up in less than 2 minute and it includes local bandwidth. Overall very good service and fast internet but very very expensive |

Woosh inherited my account with Quicksilver. Recently we noticed that the speed cap appeared to apply to national traffic as well - not just international. I don't recall any communication about this from Woosh so i sent an email yesterday. To their credit, they replied already: "When you reach your data cap all traffic including local will be speedlimited. We do not have any plans that only restrict international traffic. Regards Woosh Customer Support" |
This is your opportunity to share your experiences of this ISP with other users — is it really as fast as it claims to be? Is their customer service any good? Do they have regular outages, or is their service reliable?
Please keep your comment short and on-topic.
