Slingshot have just started an unlimited broadband plan, the only catch is to have your Tolls and homephone with them and they are only accepting the first 10,000 signups so be in quick

Apparently Kinect is partly owned by Trustpower, and I was told I\'d have to have my power with them as well for at least 3 months in order to get the package, then I could get my power somewhere else if I wanted to. I\'ve just switched to a very economical power provider, and don\'t like the idea that I \'have\' to do this in order to get internet and phone. Thanks, but no thanks! The capping gig rate in NZ is pathetic, for a population that is one of the top users of internet in the world.. due to our isolation no doubt, and don\'t they make us pay for it! Unlimited is what I\'m looking for, seein as Telecom, who I\'m currently with has seen fit to profit some more from us heavy users, and no longer have unlimited internet plans, using a suitably weak reason for changing it.

Used to be Callsouth. Now owned by Trustpower. To get the cheap rates you now need to buy not only your phone but also your power from them too. Makes comparison trickier and switching still more complicated. Ex-Callsouth customers can't modify their plans without paying more unless they are Trustpower customers. Bummer. No complaints with the service.

This is your opportunity to share your experiences of this ISP with other users — is it really as fast as it claims to be? Is their customer service any good? Do they have regular outages, or is their service reliable?
